Bay Creek Neighborhood Meeting About VFW Redevelopment

The neighborhood meeting will take place at 6pm this evening through Zoom. You can participate from your computer or phone.

Residents in the vicinity of the VFW on Lakeside St. were sent a new postcard which hopefully you've received by now, stating the following:

The neighborhood meeting for the redevelopment of the VFW site at the corner of E. Lakeside Street and Sayle Street on March 30 will no longer occur at the Madison Water Utility. Instead, at the same time (6:00 pm on March 30) Avante Properties will host an online presentation followed immediately by an electronically submitted question and answer session. Avante Properties has met with the neighborhood association previously and wants to continue to seek the neighborhood's input to refine this project and keep the redevelopment on schedule. A link to the meeting will be posted at avanteproperties.com, www.cityofmadison.com/council/district13/blog, and baycreekmadison.org.

Monday's meeting will be held on Zoom, and I'll be posting again prior to the meeting, both as a reminder and to include tips as to how to participate in an online meeting.

Please note the meeting will be recorded and archived so that you may be able to view/listen at a later date. We will include reminders as to how you can submit questions and comments so that your voice continues to be heard in this process.
