Thursday, Oct. 6, West Place Proposed Development
6:00PM, Lussier Community Center, 55 S. Gammon Road

Ald. Skidmore and I are hosting this neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposal by the Livesey Company for a 23-acre mixed use development on the NW corner of Mineral Point and Gammon Roads (former location of Famous Footwear/MATC West). Phase one of this proposed master-planned development will include retail, residential, and commercial offices.

Thursday, Oct. 13, Alders' Budget Listening Session
6:30PM, Our Redeemer Church, 1702 McKenna Boulevard

Alders McKinney, King, Skidmore, Gruber and myself are holding a joint public listening session in anticipation of the upcoming annual city budget process. There will be a presentation on the 2016 budget and proposed 2017 budget to help facilitate discussion. Please come learn about your city budget and offer your ideas.
 

Monday, Oct. 17, Public Hearing - Colony Dr. Daycare
5:30PM, Room 201, City-County Building

This hearing was delayed from September so the applicant could do further work on neighborhood impacts, especially traffic. I will be meeting with the applicant before the public hearing.
