Core Spaces proposes to redevelop the properties at 437 and 445 W. Johnson Street; 215, 217, 218 and 221 N. Bassett Street; and 430, 434, 438 and 440 W. Dayton Street. Consistent with Zoning Code height limits, the proposed building is six stories along W. Dayton Street and 12 stories along W. Johnson Street. The proposed building would include 232 units of student housing ranging from townhomes to studio to five-bedroom apartments for a total of approximately 725 bedrooms. A proposed parking structure would contain 62 parking spaces, including seven for delivery/drop-off.
