Animals in Autumn ~ Join wildlife Naturalist Kathlean Wolf for a free family friendly guided walk for all ages to explore the outdoors at Aldo Leopold Nature Center and Edna Taylor Conservation Park! What signs of birds migrating and animals getting ready for winter can you see and find along the trails? Meet at the Aldo Leopold Nature Center parking lot area, water and bathrooms available
Its getting colder, there are acorns on the ground, deer are pairing up and chipmunks and groundhogs are getting ready to sack out for a few months.
Join a naturalist for an easy, family-friendly walk from Aldo Leopold Nature Center into beautiful Edna Taylor Conservation Park and enjoy a bit of nature education along the way. Walks through the Edna Taylor Conservation Park are held on the 4th Saturday, 10-11:30am of each month
The walk meets in the parking lot at the Aldo Leopold Nature Center, 330 Femrite Drive. Free, welcoming, healthy, fairly accessible, family and kid friendly, educational, no registration required, no pets. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
