Starting at 4:00am Saturday, November 9 until approximately 7:00pm on Sunday, November 10, C.D. Smith will close the southbound travel lanes on S Park Street, between University Avenue and W Dayton Street for crane setup and girder installation for the Levy Hall project.
Northbound S Park Street will remain open to traffic.
During this time:
- Vehicles traveling westbound on University Ave will not be allowed to turn left onto S Park Street.
- Vehicles traveling eastbound on W Johnson St will not be allowed to turn right onto S Park Street.
- Mills Street will be the marked detour route.
- Pedestrians traveling southbound on Park Street will be diverted to the east side of S Park Street at Johnson Street.
Metro Transit does not anticipate any disruptions to regular service with all stops remaining open.
