2026 Capital Budget Requests:
Agency requests for the 2026 capital budget and five-year plan have now been posted. Use this link to see all requests or those of specific agencies. The capital budget contains long-lived physical assets, which often require several years to acquire, build, and install. They are funded by a combination of city borrowing, county and state funding, federal grants, and some direct investment from the operating budget. The debt service on the general fund borrowing is part of the annual property tax levy.
State Budget Listening Session:
State Senator Kelda Royes and Assembly Representative Lisa Subeck are hosting a listening session on the state budget at Oakwood Village on May 21 between 5:30 and 6:30 PM.
