Street Closure for Concerts on the Square

Multiple streets around the Capitol Square will be closed on Wednesday, June 25th for the start of the annual Concerts on the Square event series. The streets will close at 3:00pm and will reopen by midnight.
The streets impacted are:
- 10 blocks of Main Street
- 10 blocks of Pinckney Street
- 100 block of Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard
- 100 block of E Washington Avenue
Concerts on the Square will continue throughout July with the following additional dates: July 2, July 9, July 16, July 23, and July 30.
Some Madison Metro routes will be impacted including routes A, B, E, F, R, & 75. Learn more about the detours on Metro’s website.
