Camper Totaled by Fire, Cause Unknown

Firefighters responded to the intersection of Kipp Street and Kipp Circle for a trailer on fire. Ladder Co. 14 arrived to find the camper fully involved with the passenger compartment of a Ford F150 behind the camper also involved. 

Firefighters pulled a hose line from their engine bumper and took measures to protect themselves, as propane tanks near the fire were also venting. The crew directed their hose stream to the propane tanks and then directed the hose stream to the remainder of the trailer. 

Firefighters searched the motor home for victims. None were found.

It is unknown what caused the fire. Damage is estimated at approximately $3000.
