CDA 2027 PHA Annual Plan
The Community Development Authority (CDA) of the City of Madison has developed its 2027 Annual Plan and Capital Fund Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. The CDA will be accepting written comments to the Plans starting on August 14, 2026 and ending at 4:30 pm on October 1, 2026. Plans will be available for review at the Central Office, 215 Martin Luther King, Jr., Blvd., Suite 161, Madison WI 53703 and in the Reports and Policies.
A public hearing on the Plans will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 4:30 pm in Room 206 of the Madison Municipal Building, 215 Martin Luther King, Jr., Blvd., Madison WI 53703.

Please do so by Friday, September 18, 2026, so that proper arrangements can be made in a timely fashion.
