Structure fire in detached garage/workshop.

A full structure fire response was dispatched to 1633 Wyoming Way on Friday January 2 at 8:28 pm.  Engine 10 was first on scene at 8:34 pm and began a fire attack.  Ladder 8 and Ladder 1 were assigned to fire attack and primary search.  Engine 3 pulled a second lined for prevention of external expansion to other structures. Knock down was achieved at 8:48 pm. Med 3 gave patient care on scene to the homeowner.  Extensive overhaul commenced due to a heavy fire load in the structure.  The cold temperatures required City salt trucks to be dispatched for ice.  No one was displaced.  Damage costs are still to be determined.  The fire is still under investigation.
