The Parking Division’s mission is to provide accessible, equitable, and predictable parking options for all businesses, events, residents, and visitors to our city. We aim to manage congestion, ensure safe and efficient vehicular and pedestrian traffic movement, and manage the on and off-street parking supply to support sustainable transportation choices in a vibrant city experiencing significant growth.

We provide over 5,000 public parking spaces through our 6 parking garages, 5 parking lots, and more than 1,300 on-street metered parking spaces. In addition, we provide a variety of daily, monthly, and annual permits, including an extensive residential parking permit program.

Among our responsibilities, we maintain these garages, lots, and street meters, oversee the enforcement of all parking rules and regulations, and administer the Transportation Demand Management program.
