Event Description

In partnership with the Madison Parks Foundation, Madison Boats, and Girl Scout Troop #8414, this is an open-house-style event. Learn to fish or advance your fishing skills on land and in-the-water stations. All ages are welcome!

In 2024, the community mourned the heartbreaking loss of Luke Diebel, a vibrant young boy who brought joy, curiosity, and a deep love for fishing to all who knew him. Luke’s sister Cora, a proud member of Girl Scout Troop #8414, and her fellow scouts wanted to find a way to honor his memory with something meaningful. We invite you to join us for a special day dedicated to sharing Luke’s love of fishing with the community.
