  The 4-C Referral Department can assist you in locating regulated early care and education programs through consultation and referrals from a database of approximately 1,500 child care programs throughout Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Green, Jefferson, Sauk, Rock, and Walworth Counties. The Referral Department can also provide you with a list of City of Madison Accredited early care and education programs (Center and Family Child Care).
