Southwest Path Corridor Encroachment Management Phase 1

Hello!

The City of Madison recently renewed an agreement with Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WISDOT) for the use and maintenance of the Southwest Path Corridor.  The agreement includes required management of encroachments within the WISDOT corridor. The Madison General Ordinances (MGO) were also updated to incorporate the terms of the new agreement. 

Encroachments into the corridor (phase 1) need to be removed or have in place the proper encroachment approval by May 31, 2023.
