Brayton Lot (City-Owned)

Hello!

The Brayton Lot is an opportunity to learn how development works when the city plays a direct partner role. We have a chance to prioritize density and multiple layers of affordability. There are a few area plans listed on the project page. There are all pre-pandemic and as old as 1995. It is an interesting read; I hope the current discussions on the lot's future heavily prioritize today's housing shortage reality, deprioritizes parking, and consider the workforce pattern changes after the pandemic.
