Week of December 11, 2023

Winter Break!

I hope you are looking forward to the Winter Break. This month has been pretty long already! Work demands have increased due to a high-demand project, and this week alone, I had city meetings every night, including today (yes, the Room Tax meeting landed on Friday afternoon and in person). I don't know how people did this job pre-Zoom; the Board of Public Health, special Plan Commission meeting, and Room Tax were in person this week.

• Yoga Core, Tuesday, December 12, 2023 and Friday, December 15, 2023, 12:00 pm – 12:45 pm: Want to build your strength and increase body awareness? Yoga Core is great way to do it! This class incorporates a wide variety of seated, standing, balancing, and mat-based yoga poses focusing on strength, stability, and mobility. Core-based practices can help enhance balance and stability and prevent falls and injuries as we age. All levels are welcome!
