- MGE Forestry works with the City Forester and the City of Madison Streets Division on a yearly plan to prevent over-pruning of City-owned trees.

District 10 area map
Check out this map for the areas affected by the 2026 plan.
A quick map key:
- Salmon-colored polygons are planned areas in your district where we will be pruning.
- Purple-colored polygons are areas in your district where we will be pruning in correlation with MGE construction projects.
- Thick black and grey lines = highest voltage (feeds entire neighborhood).
- Blue, Red, Green line = high voltage (feeds blocks of houses).
The 2025 permit was approved last year, and the MGE crew has been working in the area of Britta Parkway and Seminole this week.
