District 11 Town Hall meeting on October 24th at 7:00 pm with Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway and Alder Bill Tishler

You're invited to participate in another District 11 Town Hall meeting in-person at the Sequoya Library or via Zoom on Monday, October 24th from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  This month we will be joined by our own Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway to discuss housing opportunities in District 11.

• How to age in place and keep neighborhoods affordable
• New accessory dwelling unit (ADU) regulations
• Transit-oriented development [TOD] overlay zoning for the new bus rapid transit
• Potential changes to the zoning code's family definition
• Construction projects at Madison Yards, Hilldale, Westgate, and the University Research Park.
