222 E. Olin Avenue Redevelopment Proposal - Virtual Neighborhood Meeting

I meant to include this notice in Saturday's blog:

Range Hill Partners proposes to redevelop the property at 222 E. Olin Avenue, formerly the Coliseum Bar and Wonder Bar. The existing structures would be demolished, and a new, seven-story, mixed-use building would be constructed. The new building would be comprised of approximately 190 apartment homes ranging from studio to three-bedroom, and approximately 1,600 square feet of ground floor commercial space. Parking plans include structured parking under the residential and a small, temporary surface parking and drop-off zone. A virtual neighborhood meeting to hear more about this proposal is scheduled for Monday, June 29, 2026, at 6pm.

Nearby residents were notified via postcard, but everyone is welcome.
