McGrath Proposed E. Olin Avenue Redevelopment (current site of the Coliseum Bar)

Wednesday, April 6, 2022 - 6:30pm to 8:00pm

Join the informational virtual neighborhood meeting where you will hear about Lance McGrath's mixed-use development proposal for the E. Olin Avenue redevelopment project. The McGrath Development team will provide information about the proposed 12-story, mixed-use development on the Coliseum/Wonder Bar restaurant properties.

You can join the virtual meeting using your computer, smartphone, or tablet, or you can listen in via telephone. You will receive login information after registering at http://www.cityofmadison.com/MeetingApril6Olin.
