219 N Fair Oaks, Voit Meeting Recording, Back Porch Concert - D15 Update 7/6/22

219 N. Fair Oaks Development Proposal 

You're invited to a virtual neighborhood meeting to learn about Eastside Ventures, LLC proposal to redevelop the property at 219 N. Fair Oaks Avenue, currently Marine Tops Unlimited. The metal building, and semi tractor trailer and boat storage would be replaced with approximately 115-130 units of new, multi-family housing, in a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. There would be 37 stalls of surface parking, and 78 stalls of below-grade parking. The proposal calls for extensive landscaping, including replacing gravel with a mix of canopy trees, pervious walking trails, regenerative and native plantings, and clearing of invasives along Starkweather Creek. The site is not currently zoned; Eastside Ventures is seeking Traditional Residential-Urban District 1 (TR-U1) zoning. The virtual neighborhood meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 7, 2022, at 7pm. You can join the meeting using your computer, smartphone or tablet, or you can listen in via telephone.
