Mission Boxes and 4142 Monona Drive at Plan Commission

Two items of potential interest to D15 residents will be discussed at Monday’s Plan Commission meeting including Item 8 - Amending several sections of Chapter 28 of the Madison General Ordinances to create “Mission Boxes” as a permitted use in various districts; and Item 31 - 4142 Monona Drive; 15th Ald. Dist.: Consideration of a conditional use in the Neighborhood Mixed-Use (NMX) District for an adult family home located within 2,500 feet of another adult family home or existing community living arrangement. I am a cosponsor along with Alder Heck of item 8 and Item 31 was discussed at the most recent Lake Edge Neighborhood Association meeting. East Isthmus & Yahara River Watershed Study Meeting

The East Isthmus & Yahara River Watershed Study will hold its 2nd public meeting on Thursday. You can find the details and register for the zoom meeting here.

Mad Lit

The final Mad Lit of the season will take place on Friday from 8-11p on the 100 block of State Street. More details here.
