April 11th: Virtual neighborhood meetings about two proposals in District 17

6pm-7pm: Triple Shift Entertainment, LLC has applied for a Class B Beer & Liquor License for Bowl-A-Vard, 2121 East Springs Drive. Plans for the location include bowling, a pro shop, arcade and gaming machines, laser tag, volleyball leagues, and live music and entertainment. The proposed hours of operation are 9am to 12am, Sunday through Saturday. Registration

7pm-8pm: Kraemer Development proposes to construct a multi-tenant commercial center at 4902 Amcenter Drive, which is designed to accommodate two to three businesses. One tenant will be a coffee shop with traditional drive-through that will occupy Suite 1. Tenants for the remaining two suites have not been secured. Suite 3 is designed with a pickup window where a customer would order ahead on a mobile app and pick up their product once they arrive. The hours of operation vary by tenant but generally the property would be open from 5am -10pm. Registration
