Kothe Real Estate Partners proposes to develop the properties at 2102 and 2202 Darwin Road, an approximately eight-acre site on the northeast corner of Darwin Road and Packers Avenue. The vacant house on the site would be demolished, and two new buildable lots and one private outlot for the existing cell tower would be created. The two new lots would be the new locations for Avis Car Rental (currently 2320 Darwin Road) and River Food Pantry (currently 2201 Darwin Road).

• Midwestern Wheels, Inc. proposes to construct a new two-story building and a garage for Avis and Budget car and truck rental and vehicle sales at 2102 Darwin Road. The building and garage combined are approximately 18,000 square feet, and there would be 44 surface parking stalls with an additional 208 storage parking stalls.
• River Food Pantry proposes to construct a new community services facility approximately 25,000 square feet in size with approximately 92 surface parking stalls at 2202 Darwin Road.
