I wanted to provide a proposed scheduling update from the developer and share the presentation from that evening.

| December 2019 | Combined Application to City of Madison (Land Use, Conditional Use, Urban Design Commission, Certified Survey Map) |
| February 2020 | Urban Design Commission (UDC) Presentation - Initial Approval Request |
| February 2020 | Plan Commission Presentation & Approval Request |
| March 2020 | Common Council - Certified Survey Map? (CSM) Approval by Resolution |
| March 2020 | UDC Presentation - Final Approval Request |
| March 2020 - May 2020 | Site Plan Verification, Zoning and Building Permit Approvals |
| May 2020 | Demolition and Construction Start |
| July 2021 | Construction Completion and Occupancy |
