Most of District 19 is served by the Mid-Town District Station of the Madison Police Department. Wexford Village and the area between the Beltline and Schroeder Road is served by the MPD's West District Station. Captain Blackamore of Mid-Town is focusing resources on curtailing speeding and other aggressive driving. A recent "Speedwave Enforcement" action on April 25th focused on the Beltline at Whitney Way.
