  • Stricker Forebay Dredge (Virtual), Tuesday, May 13A public information meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m., May 13, 2025, via Zoom. Registration is required.
  • Amended View Easement in Merrill Springs Park: Item 14 (Legistar 88148) on the Board of Park Commissioners May 14 meeting agenda amends an existing view easement granted to 5050 Lake Mendota Drive. The amendment was developed to better define the view to be preserved.
  • Wisconsin DOT Beltline Resurfacing Meeting: WisDOT is planning to resurface US Highway 12 between Terrace Avenue in Middleton and Gammon Road in Madison and is conducting a Public Involvement Meeting to show the proposed actions, traffic impacts, and project schedule. The in-person meeting will be held on May 28 between 5:00 and 6:30 pm at the Middleton Library, Lower Level, Archer Meeeting Room, 7425 Hubbard Avenue, Middleton, WI.

Boards, Commissions, and Committee Meetings

  • Finance Committee: The Finance Committee meeting will take place on Monday, May 12, at 4:30 p.m. in virtual format. Agenda items include authorizing the submission of an application for a $150,000 grant from the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation to fund a portion of the City's cost of site assessment and demolition at 1810 S Park St, 1901 S Park St, 814 North Ave, and 826 North Ave.
  • Plan Commission: The Plan Commission meeting will take place on Monday, May 12, at 5:30 p.m. in virtual format. Agenda items include development-related requests in Districts 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, and 13.
  • Police and Fire Commission: The Police and Fire Commission meeting will take place on Wednesday, May 14, at 5:00 p.m. in virtual format. Agenda items include a discussion of the Police Chief hiring process.
