  • Board of Public Works: Two items on BPW’s Wednesday agenda affect District 19.
    • Chip Sealing Change Order: Item 5 (Legistar 89845) is for a change order to the chip sealing contract for work in Districts 9, 11, and 19 performed earlier this year.
    • Contract Award for Stricker’s Pond Forebay Dredging: Item 20 (Legistar 89828) is for approval of the winning bid for dredging the Forebay. The project was included in the 2025 capital budget, and the bid is within the estimated cost.
  • WestFest 2025: This annual festival with a range of fun activities will occur next Saturday, September 20, between noon and 5 in Elver Park. The Common Council will have an information table, and we hope you will stop by to say “hello”.
