Reminder: Still Time to Register for my Oct 21 Odana Corridor Development Virtual Meeting

posted

Here is a final update on the October 21 (tomorrow) virtual public information meeting that I'm hosting that explores how a series of city actions is helping achieve Madison's housing goals in the area between Mineral Point Rd and Schroeder Rd and between West Towne Mall and the former Westgate Mall.

I’ll be joined by Kevin Firchow, Principal Planner, who will describe the planning process and Matt Frater, Community Development Specialist, who will describe the uses of our affordable housing fund. I'll provide a summary review of 26 projects that will potentially add over 2,900 housing units in that neighborhood.

There is still time to register and receive a link to the virtual meeting.
