Oakwood Village Expansion at Plan Commission August 10

On Monday, August 10, the Plan Commission will consider an application by Oakwood Lutheran Senior Ministries and affiliates to amend the planned development for its University Woods Campus (Oakwood Village). It is Item 3 (Legistar 93984) on the Commission's agenda.

The application is for building a five-story, 92-unit assisted living building and demolishing several older buildings. The staff report from the Planning Division recommends that the Commission forward the application to the Common Council with a recommendation of approval subject to a list of conditions.
