Evans Scholars Development Proposal

The Evans Scholars at 141 Langdon is proposing to demolish the current 3-story building and replace it with a 4-story building plus basement facing the corner of Langdon and Henry. The new building would have 70 beds with room to grow to 90 beds.

There was a neighborhood meeting on this proposal on April 10.  The applicant shared the linked slides with the neighbors at the meeting.  

A steering committee is being formed to work with the developer about neighborhood ideas and concerns related to the proposal.  Please contact me if you are interested in learning more about the steering committee process and might be interested serving on the steering committee.
