Recording and Slides from May 18 Edgewater Redevelopment Meeting

Hi all,

On May 18 I hosted a Public Information Meeting, facilitated by Kevin Firchow from the Planning Division, to discuss proposals by The Edgewater Hotel's team. There are 3 phases to the development that they are proposing:

1. Updates to the skybar, restaurant, creation of a boathouse awning, and creation of a market
2. Changes to the Grand Plaza including a permanent structure in lieu of the tent canopy structures that are currently used
3. Updates to the pier space

Changes in phases 1 and 2 would require alteration of the view easement that the Edgewater currently has with the city.
