Virtual Public Information Meeting - Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 6:30 PM

DSI Real Estate and Three Leaf Partners are working on concepts for the first multifamily project in the Hill Valley Neighborhood. Located on land currently addressed as 1051 S. Pleasant View Road (the southwest corner of the project along Pleasant View, Enchantment Road, and Mica Road), this project follows the adopted master plan and site zoning (TR-U1) while creating a 223-unit multifamily project. The proposed new building would be three to five stories stepped across the site and would consist of studio to three-bedroom units with a mix of limited surface parking and one to two floors of underground parking.
