VIRTUAL NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING 

PROPOSED DEMOLITION OF 117-125 W. MIFFLIN STREET AND 15 N. FAIRCHILD STREET

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2024 - 6:30 P.M.

Hovde Properties has applied for a permit to demolish five one-story buildings located at 117, 119, 121, 123 and 125 W. Mifflin Street and one three-story building located at 15 N. Fairchild Street. If approved, the demolition is anticipated in spring of 2024 and is requested to maintain the functionality of both the Churchill Building and Hovde Building during the Wisconsin Historical Society (WHS) Museum's planned demolition and redevelopment. Upon conclusion of the WHS's use of the site, the applicant expects to redevelop the properties into a mixed-use project at an undetermined future time.
