Neighborhood Meeting: Proposed Redevelopment of 122 State Street

JD McCormick Properties proposes to redevelop the property at 122 State Street. The existing six-story commercial building would be converted into a seven-story, mixed-use building. The converted building would be comprised of 34 apartments ranging from studio to four-bedroom and 1,375 square feet of first floor retail space.
