TOD Overlay with Historic Districts TOMORROW, events and announcements

Hello neighbors,

I sincerely hope you’ll be able to join the public information meeting on the addition of the historic districts to the Transit-Oriented Development (TOD)-Overlay proposal TOMORROW, January 12 at 6pm. Please register in advance. Planning staff will provide information about the TOD-Overlay generally, as well as how this would impact the historic districts if they are to be included in this zoning change. This item is scheduled to come before the Common Council on January 17.
