Hello neighbors,

There’s a multi-unit housing complex with first floor retail planned for University Ave and Meadow Ln that will be coming before Plan Commission this week. Of note, the staff report includes a requirement that the developers pay into a $10,000 fund for future traffic calming on Meadow Ln. If you would like to send in comments to the plan commission or testify, the instructions for both are at the top of the agenda page.
