Snowstorm Resources and Updates

First big snowstorm of the season incoming! Five inches? Five feet? Snowfall is notoriously difficult to predict. There's a post today on Reddit from a local research meteorolgist who gives some great insight into in unpredictability. Here's a storm prediction "plume" they provided that gathers several prediction models together. The Y-axis is in inches of snow.

Snow Plowing Update for November 28, 2025 (plows will be out starting at midnight plowing and salting the main thoroughfares, they will be circling through them during the storm)

Drop-off sites will be closed on Saturday & Sunday.  (The city will try to schedule a make-up weekend if weather allows).

Leaf pickup delayed for residents with a November 30 Set Out Date (Still no information about an extra pickup for residents that had a November 6 & November 16 set out date.)
