IMPORTANT D9 DEVELOPMENT

Elderberry Neighborhood Association

With this email I am introducing a proposed early learning center for the community of Madison/ Middleton.  A preliminary site study is attached.  The study illustrates the day care facility located near Middleton Community Church on a vacant lot at the NWC of Old Sauk Road and Burnt Sienna Drive.  We understand this location has a Middleton mailing address but is under the jurisdiction of the City of Madison.  The project would be a build to suit for a national day care provider in a one story 10,000 SF building with 5,000 SF of outdoor play area and site improvements for 40 cars and associated landscaping.

We are planning to submit a land use application on February 13, 2023 for a conditional use in order to construct the proposed early learning center.  My contact information is noted below.  We greatly appreciate your involvement with the community.
Regards, Gary
