Happy New Year 2024

Hey Everybody,

Happy Holidays, Happy New Years 2024. First, I want to apologize for not being able to communicate with y'all for quite some time. At the city we have been through a couple different technical changes and system changes which in turn caused me to be locked out of the system for a while now. It took the IT department some time to fix the problem, but great news, it is fixed and I will be able to effectively communicate with y'all through my blogging tool now. Thank you for being patient with me.
