SOUTH PARK STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT

The reconstruction of S. Park Street between Regent Street and W. Washington Avenue will begin on Monday, May 15, 2006. Construction will be completed in stages with traffic being maintained in at least one lane in each direction through the project at all times. Access to Braxton Place and other properties within the project area will be maintained. The project is expected to be completed by the end of August. At that time, the finished roadway will include four travel lanes plus bike lanes.
