Metro Transit Detours Due to Freakfest Event

Detours Start Friday, October 30

Due to the Freakfest event, Metro detours from the downtown and UW campus areas starting Friday, October 30. Detours continue through the end of service on Sunday, November 1.

Friday, October 30

• Capitol Loop Detour - Buses follow the Weekday Capitol Loop starting at 6:00 PM on Friday (More Info).

Saturday, October 31

• Routes 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 detour from the downtown area. (More Info).
• Route 80 detours from State and Lake St. intersection (More Info).
• Routes 81 and 82 will follow a "combined special event" route and schedule (More Info).

Sunday, November 1

• Capitol Loop Detour - Buses follow the Capitol Loop all day on Sunday, November 1. (More Info).

Delays in the downtown area can be expected during the event. Drivers will maintain schedules as conditions allow.
