Homes and businesses may experience a drop in water pressure or a temporary interruption in service.

Municipal Services Bill payments will be down for maintenance from 9pm on Wednesday, July 8 to 8am on Monday, July 13. During this time, we cannot accept payments, except in person by cash or check. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Water Main Break at Inner Drive on Westside

A water main break has occurred at Inner Drive, on Madison's westside, between N Gammon Rd and Rosa Rd. Water Utility staff are currently in route to perform repairs.

Homes and businesses may experience a drop in water pressure or a temporary interruption in service, especially between N Gammon Rd and Rosa Rd.

Avoid the area if possible. Additional updates will be provided as we work to determine the severity of the main break.
