City Website Scheduled Maintenance

The City of Madison's Licenses, Permits, and Reports website will be down for scheduled maintenance from 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 23 to 6:00 a.m. on Monday, July 27. During this time, several online application forms will be unavailable, including:

• Large Item Collection Requests
  • You can take large items to drop-off sites
• Activities that normally require a permit from the Parks Division will be free this weekend 
• Building Inspection Permits 
  • Requests for a Friday, July 24 permit inspection must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 23 
• Residential Parking Permits 
• Dog & Cat Licenses 
• Affirmative Action Reporting 
• Erosion Control Permits & Inspections 
• Fire Protection & Elevator Inspection Reporting 
• Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems 
• Some Report a Problem forms
