Backyard Solar Grants for Madison Organizations

If your organization is considering solar, now is a great time to explore the opportunity and have a reputable solar installer assess your site and provide an estimated project size and cost.

Grants can help offset the cost of installing solar, with awards based on the size of the project. Their team will evaluate applications based on factors such as community need, the populations served, and the organization's overall reach and impact.

Last week, Prairie Unitarian Universalist Society gathered to celebrate the installation of panels at their church. If you have a nonprofit, community organization, affordable housing provider, business, or other organization in Madison considering solar, this is a great opportunity to help move a project forward.

Solar Group Purchase for Dane County Homeowners

MadiSUN's solar group purchase program makes it easier for DANE County homeowners to install rooftop solar. By bringing households together, the program uses collective buying power to negotiate a competitive price with a trusted solar installer.

Wisconsin's Focus on Energy program may also provide up to $2,400 in additional rebates for eligible residential solar projects.
