Neighborhood Meeting: Proposed Redevelopment of 633 W. Main Street

McGrath Property Group, in partnership with Nimi Hotels, proposes to redevelop the property at 633 W. Main Street, formerly The Nature Conservancy offices. The existing structure would be demolished, and a new, four-story boutique hotel would be constructed. The hotel would include approximately 100-110 guest rooms, approximately 60-75 underground parking spaces, and a ground-floor restaurant fronting W. Main Street. The hotel lobby, an integrated café space, and access to the underground parking garage would front W. Doty Street.
