Letter from the City Engineering Team:

"To: Property Owners along Dearholt Road

Re: Proposed Street Construction Start

The City of Madison is planning to begin construction within Odana Hills Park on sanitary sewer and storm sewer as part of the Dearholt Road project. Work on this project is scheduled to begin the week of October 4, 2021. It is expected that this project will take approximately 2 months to complete.

Enclosed with this letter is a fact sheet with construction details on the proposed project. The City of Madison has awarded the contract for this work to S&L Underground, Inc. Their contact information, should you need it, is on the enclosed fact sheet.

Work within Dearholt Road will resume in March of 2022 and property owners will be notified ahead of the construction start.
