Eastside Alder Candidate Forum Recording

Last week’s ESP candidate forum recording is available to watch. The forum includes all candidates for the D15 alder seat (as well as candidates for the D3 and D16 seats). You can watch the recording here. The election for this seat will be held on April 4th and the winner will be your next D15 alder.

Family Definition

On Monday at 6p, city staff will host a 2nd meeting on a proposal that I am sponsoring to update the city’s ‘family’ definition in our zoning code. The current definition discriminates against renters that are not related by blood or marriage/domestic partnership in select areas of the city. Dempsey/Davies

On Wednesday, the Dempsey/Davies project will be at the Transportation Commission. You can find more details about the project and the updated proposed design on the project page here. You can register for public comment at the Transportation Commission meeting here.

Winter Bike Day

Friday is International Winter Bike Day and the folks at Madison Bikes have organized a morning and commuter stop and afternoon social to celebrate. Find more info here.
