LENA Meeting

Lake Edge Neighborhood Association will be moving their meeting online for Monday evening (previously scheduled in the park). Meeting begins at 6:30p and the link can be found here. Topics include hearing about plans from the new leadership team at the Goodman Center and speakers on what's going on at the Frank Allis gardens & how we as neighbors can help.

Monona Drive Redevelopment at Common Council

The proposal to redevelop the corner of Monona Drive/Cottage Grove Road will be at the Common Council for final approval on Tuesday. The Plan Commission recommended approval on the project that received good support and feedback from the neighborhood. Crossing Guard change at TC

On Wednesday at the Transportation Commission, staff will present their recommendations on updates to adult crossing guard locations including a recommendation to discontinue staffing the Division/Atwood crossing. TOD Overlay

The Plan Commission will continue its discussion and review of the proposed Transit-Oriented Development Overlay Zoning at a special Thursday meeting. You can register to provide comment or watch the meeting here and find more information here.

Lansing Food Forest Work Day

There is a work day scheduled for the Lansing Food Forest on Sunday to help spread mulch. You can find more details here.
