Neighborhood meeting: Brennan's site redevelopment

Please join me for a neighborhood meeting to discuss a proposal by Realm Real Estate Development to redevelop the property at 5533 University Avenue into a four-story mixed-used development with 8,100 square fee of retail space on the first floor and 52 apartment units above.

Representatives of the development team will present their proposal and answer your questions. City staff from Planning and Traffic Engineering will also be available.
